Paleo Lemon Tahini Tuna Salad

About the Recipe


3 to 4 cups chopped mixed veggies or salad greens

1 Tbsp tahini.

Juice of 1 lemon

¼ tsp garlic powder

1 can tuna or salmon packed in water

Sea salt and black pepper, to taste


ARRANGE the veggies on a plate.MIX the tahini, lemon juice, and garlic powder in a medium bowl.WHISK until well combined. The dressing will be on the thicker side. If it’s really too thick, like a paste, whisk in a bit of water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until it thins a bit.ADD the tuna to the dressing and mix gently until it’s well coated. If needed, add sea salt and pepper to taste.SPOON the tuna on top of the veggies.ENJOY chilled!
